MAtom is a container of an atom descriptor. The needed descriptors are:
"Label" → string determines the atom name.
"Id" → integer determines the atom index number in the model sequence.
"Coordinates" → {coordsystem → coords}
determines the atom coordinates. Coordinates can be Cartesian, spherical or user defined. By default only Cartesian coordinates are defined.
